I had a problem with a product I bought from Recreation Unlimited and it appears that do not back up their products that they r selling. Instead of dealing westward the problem they mitt it off to the Manufacture to deal with. I told Courtney several times I bought the production off of Recreation Unlimited and not off the Manufacture. She told me her hands where tied and this is what she has to go through. I immediately went outside to bank check to run into if everything was okay. Concerned about damage, I returned shortly after he left. I purchased a play set and playhouse for over $12,000, I ordered the same matter that was on the floor and what came was totally the wrong gear up. I ordered the half dozen pes version and they sent me the 4 foot version. I accept tried to become them to fix the situation and they are unwilling to accept fault. You would think for $12k they could ready their mistake. DO Not buy from these snakes!!

I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after kickoff employ croaky. Company made it impossible for a return/refund said follow up with warranty from company even though I pass up to trial some other product from the company. Women did everything in her power to not allow a refund. Said item must exist unopened and unassembled. I purchased a 60" Goalrilla basketball goal on December 30, 2020. We purchased a spa from RU in early October. Because of Covid, the model nosotros originally purchased was delayed by many weeks. Linzi and Alicia were so kind and understanding through our waiting. We LOVE our new shed!!The delivery was seamless... and extremely impressive. We couldn't believe just one guy was doing it!Please share with the building crew that the construction is impeccable. My dad is extremely "item" when it comes to construction as he ordinarily does the work himself. He is Then impressed with the craftsmanship!Cheers again for all of your aid. I purchased a shed from Recreation Unlimited, great service and the commitment was first-class. This was a great experience from start to stop.This too lead me back to them to take a bar built by the pond puddle, this matter turned out Great. Once more, everything was neat from first to end. Recreation Unlimited did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do as a visitor. From the initial call, to installation the procedure was smooth. The text letters from Ciera kept you in the loop of the progress and she was very responsive. On the day of install, I was getting set up and heard something and then I looked outside, at that place was the crew installing our new hoop. In the pouring rain, the two gentlemen that were installing it, were installing it as though it was for their own kids. I truly did appreciate that! Again, from start to finish the process was shine and everyone that we encountered over the phone, text bulletin, and the coiffure for the dig and installation were nifty. My son is thrilled and in these uncertain times, seeing kids smile is a great thing. So when he is not at basketball practice, I know exactly where he will exist. Thanks Recreation Unlimited!

But withal they take had the payment in total from the tine of the society. Never take had to requite a bad review before, perchance someday when nosotros actually get the motel we promise it will exist nice! When u say u are going to render a customers call shortly & never practise that's not good customer service either!

We purchased a pergola at Recreation Unlimited in June of 2019. There were repeated delays, and we finally got the pergola constructed in September. This year, on returning from our wintertime abode, we establish several issues with the pergola - the woods was not properly treated, the holes not pre-drilled properly, there are large cracks and splits in the unabridged construction. I keep hearing that the problem is with the company from which R.U. obtained the wood. I don't care, really, I gave my money to R.U. and they have yet to make this good. The trouble was reported in March, and it is now mid-August. Chaser is our next step. Very frustrating!

Information technology was a pleasance working with them to design our shed. It was built and delivered chop-chop. The guys did a nifty job removing and replacing the fence and installing it. The shed is admittedly beautiful.

Purchased a playset like anybody else did during the lockdown to proceed the kids sane. Although there was a backorder due to high demand, it ended upwards arriving earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Installation was on fourth dimension and went smoothly. The quality of the playset is fantastic and my kids are loving it. Great visitor and great products. Highly recommended.

We needed to replace an sometime shed. The Recreation Unlimited website design procedure was easy to use and offered lots of options. Descriptions and photos were quite adept, and we wound up getting what we expected. The build quality is fantabulous, and the installation went without a hitch. Recommended.

I was very disappointed with the wait fourth dimension to have the goal installed (5-half dozen weeks) & and then told a calendar week prior to arrival that the unit I wanted wasn't in stock. During the application process I was asked if the installers could get out the clay from their dig and I said 'no.' They did anyhow. The goal is fine, merely there is more than give in information technology than I'd like. My sales rep was very skilful & she handled the stock issue very professionally, but overall I'm non very satisfied with the experience.

We have worked with Recreation Unlimited throughout the years. Most recently nosotros purchased and had installed a basketball game goal. Our kids are loving it! Thanks to Jackie, our sales person, nosotros have a skilful source of exercise and entertainment for our 4 kiddos during the time period where nosotros are spending lots of fourth dimension at home.

As soon as the schools and parks closed for COVID, we started researching swing sets for the kids. After looking around at Amazon and Costco, we concluded upwards going with RU for the quality and free install (they had a special going).We've had neighbors who bought from Amazon wish they had one a trivial bigger and nicer like the 1 nosotros have.The installers were bang-up. They took the fourth dimension to put it exactly where I wanted it, confirming multiple times. They were really nice and professional, even during COVID.Overall, great experience. Oh, and we never even went to the showroom (over again, COVID). We did it all over the phone which was very easy. The client service team was very easy and pleasant to piece of work with.

listen guys I never give reviews ok , In fact I believe this is my first , I ordered a new hoop , and the primary reason I used you lot guys was the reviews of service , I alive in Maine , was told expect commitment in ten days , well that was a long freakin time ago guys , to me someone that tells in that location customers what they desire to hear in order to create a auction is just simply a greedy person , did I spell that correctly ?GREEDY , ok , now as for people who have had great experiences with you , Im sure that's all truthful , as I am only speaking for my own experience , but I can say this , I learn from my mistakes , and the other 4 hoops I demand to buy are not going to be through you , sincerely , Greg Cormier

I am very pleased with the quality of my shed. The existent star of the show was the installer. He saved the mean solar day past correcting the poor prep work that I did. And he spent as much time as necessary to brand sure the shed was level in both directions. I would highly recommend Recreation Unlimited.

Worth EVERY Unmarried PENNY! Confession: I used to take our oldest child to the Rec Unlimited showroom in Noblesville to play all the fourth dimension when he was little and I would baulk at the prices and say "Oh, I would never!" Well, I just ate my words and I've LITERALLY never been happier to do so😂🤦‍♀️ From the customer service on the phone to the the guys who came to install our new playset, the crew at Recreation Unlimited was amazing. Let me tell you, these two gentlemen who came to install our new playset were so sweet and worked so difficult ALL Solar day. Seriously, from 845am-545pm! And to meet that they we genuinely only equally excited to see how happy it made our kids during this super stressful and hard time nosotros are living in (COVID19) fabricated my heart cook. They even settled an statement between my husband and myself about the placement of the playset and we BOTH couldn't be happier with where they recommended we accept it installed. I was so upset when we ordered it that there was a 4-5 week wait on installation, but at present I know why. Considering THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO Exercise IT Right!!! It'due south gorgeous. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We are definitely the envy of our culdesac now and tin can't await until it is rubber to have all their friends over to play on information technology💕💕💕

We got a really nice playset and play surface for our kids this year. Everything seemed to exist the best quality we could find in Indiana. Likewise, you can go and tryout pretty much all of their playsets.We bought ours while one of the home shows was going on. They were running a free install special during that time. Also, when you go checkout their playsets they enquire you to sign in. I think this puts you on the mailing list. We ended up getting a $100 coupon in the mail, so I would say it was worth it.Equally to durability, I cannot speak to it still. The other reviews are groovy and our set is really well made. I'm sure it will require some normality maintenance. Too, the sales and install people were all great. The lady who helped us did not try to up sell too much. Both installers were friendly and polite to my family.

Our second time using RU to install a basketball goal. Both experiences were excellent. Piece of work was done quickly and correctly, the crews cleaned upward subsequently themselves. Other than the presence of a new hoop, you lot never would have known they were there. Nosotros had our first hoop vii-8 years before we sold that home and had no bug. We don't anticipate whatsoever issues with our new hoop. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend RU to others.
